かぼちゃ:3分

  1. Cut 5mm thickness
  2. Pre-cook in a microwave as needed.
  3. If かぼちゃ is pre-cooked, 3 min with 160℃ is enough.

I did 1 min Pre-cook in a microwave, but かぼちゃ got little over cooked. Probably 30-45 sec is enough.

sweet potato5分

  1. Cut 1cm thickness
  2. Put in a water for 5-10 min
  3. Removed from the water and dry them
  4. Put flower before 衣 if not dry enough
  5. 5 min with 160℃

しそ1分

  1. Wash and dry.
  2. 衣 only 1 side
  3. 1 min with 180-200℃

Don’t use the old one. Difficult to maintain the form.

たまねぎ1-2分 et augmenter la temperature de l’huile

  • Cut and dry, better prepare in advance and leave in the fridge.
  • Put flour before 衣
  • 1-2 min with 180-200℃

1st try with low temperature was failed. たまねぎ got too soft. 2nd try with high heat was good. Overcooked one was most crunchy. Next time I should try with very high heat and short cooking time.

  • 50 ml – Mirin
  • 50 ml – Shouyu
  • 200 ml – Water
  • 2 packs of Katsuobushi

I will replace Water and Katsuobushi part with 200 ml dashi next time.
