1 tamago

mix koshio + vinegar, put aside
mix some water and cornstarch in mini green plate, put aside

boil some water in nabe
then dump tofu wait couple minutes

dump everything
boil again

add salt, shoyu
then cornstarch/ water , mix
then amago
and LAST vinegar/koshio
