Personal Goals
1) Deadlift 80kg – Lift 3 times a week 1- 2h per session, achieve perfect form, no knees inward for 80kg
2) eLearning – Watch educational videos such as TED-Ed
3) Walk Dogs More Often – Take dogs out multiple times a day to release their stress and make aramis bark less
4) Dream Transcript – Write down dreams everyday as detailed as possible
5) Stress Relief -Transfer any negative thing to notebook from the same day every night before sleeping, preferably in bed instead of gaming or youtubing
Family Goals
6) Handmade Pasta and Cookies – stop buying processed foods and concentrate on making from scratch if doable, may extends to more foods
Fail – pasta like spaghetti are better bought from store for some recipes
Pass – cookie and snacks
7) New Recipes with Bistro – 1 recipe per month, adding them slowly to regular japanese combo
Fail – failed to use bistro recipes book
Pass – new jpn recipes added to menu
8) Make 牛肉面 – will be a new food if possible
Fail
9) Use Natural Cleaners – Use vinegar and baking soda only for a year
