*200g for 4 ppl

*maybe 10-20 in a water

*boil gobo with 1 spoon white vinegar
*about 5 min, then wash

*for tare

*mayo 75g
goma 1TS
shouyu 2ts
sugar 2ts
salt few
potate starch few

*if salt and sugar doesn’t melt, microwave 10sec and mix
